Description
Paired semis. Much simpler in design than the Arts and Crafts influenced houses. This pair is similar to the typical terraced houses of the period (such as at Blucher and Walbottle). They have slate pitched roofs with a central ridge line. They are simply brick clad. They had sash windows with central vertical glazing bars. Much altered. Plans for the original houses were submitted in 1910 by F. Temporley, Clerk of Works to the Duke of Northumberland.
