Description
Simple Victorian semis. They retain their rectangular plan form, hipped roof and front room slated bay windows. No. 1 has a single storey side extension, No. 3 a two-storey extension. Both have replacement top-hung casement timber windows, recent six-panelled front doors. The cills, lintels and bays are painted white. The impact of these alterations is reduced by virtue of being identical. Plans for the original houses were submitted in 1910 by F. Temporley, Clerk of Works to the Duke of Northumberland.
