Description
Tyne Brewery Hotel. Shown on Ordnance Survey second edition. Built 1868 when the Tyne Brewery Co. erected its new Tyne Brewery. When the company failed, its houses passed via William Youngers to W B Reid, whilst the brewery became the headquarters of Newcastle Breweries. Reid later changed the name to King Brewery.
