Structure
1991 by Susanna Robinson. A bronze statue on a slate pedestal. This is a posed statue of the Newcastle United footballer Jackie Milburn. It was erected by public subscription through the Newcastle Evening Chronicle following the death of the former hero. The statue was originally located in Northumberland Street but it was relocated in 1999 nearer to St. James Park football stadium.
