Description
1996 by Neil Talbot and Graciela Ainsworth. Commissioned by Tyne and Wear Development Corporation. Based on the eighteenth century sone 'Weel may the Keel row'. A sandstone wall with carvings of keel boats. Neil Talbot was head of sculpture at Northumbria University in 1992 and 1993.
