Boiler house; Circa 1840 for Sandyford [Brewery. Sandstone ashlar with Welsh slate roof and stone gable copings. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Ground-floor windows in outer bays have flat stone lintels and projecting stone sills; central first- floor window blocked and outer ones empty. First floor band; eaves band and gutter cornice. LISTED GRADE 2
