Basement and 3 storeys; 4 bays at left to No. 70, 3 at right to No. 68. 7 steps to 8-panelled doors and overlights in architraves in second bay of No.70 and first of No.68. Wedge stone lintels and projecting stone sills to sashes, with glazing bars to those of No.70; top-hung casements on second floor of No.68. Eaves gutter cornice. Low-pitched roof has ashlar-corniced brick chimneys. LISTED GRADE 2
