Description
First recorded in 1881. Formerly retail and offices. Renovated in 1994 by Project North East and now used as a community building. A set of original baker’s ovens remains largely intact in the basement. Incorporates 1-4 Station Approach. Presently a photographic shop (Max Spielmann). Brick with corner turret and bay windows.
