Description
1994 by Alec Peever and writer Linda France. There is a small plaque on a bridge over the stream in the centre of the Dene which identifies the location of the sculpture in the stream bed below. The stone sculpture takes the form of two circular pieces held together by metal bolts. The upper stone includes the following inscription: "WHAT IS STRONGER THAN STONE? DEEPER THAN RIVER? There is a hole in the centre with the following words inscibed on the lower stone: EACH OTHER/ KIN".
