Stone memorial 28 inches high with a low pyramidal top. There are 13 names on the sides. Inscription: "1914-1918 THE THIRTEEN BELGIAN SOLDIERS HONOURED HERE DIED FOR THEIR COUNTRY AND LIE BURIED IN THE ELIZABETHVILLE ROMAN CATHOLIC CEMETERY".
