Victorian semis but not a matching pair. No. 13 is stepped above No. 15 with a front gable dormer over a wide bedroom window. No. 15 has two smaller gable dormers over the front bedroom windows which have two vertical lights and a central stone mullion. A lean-to extension is continuous along the front and side elevations and encompasses a car port. The windows have been changed. Plans for the original houses were submitted in 1910 by F. Temporley, Clerk of Works to the Duke of Northumberland.
