Description
Model Terrace (formerly Double Row). C18 – 1980s. Whellan 1856 states this was the oldest Wesleyan Chapel in the neighbourhood, where John Wesley is said to have preached, although the 1940 circuit list gives New Penshaw Chapel as Primitive Methodist.
