Extant Building

Description

The former residence of the owner of Lintzford Paper Mill (HER 1808). Built in the late C18 with C19 additions. The right-hand block is the main house of two storeys and five bays. The left hand block is set back, has two bays and a recessed two storey entrance bay. The façade is ashlar with pebble-dash returns and rear and Lakeland slate roof. The boundary wall and railings are modern.
