          Description
Forms part of a gently curving group with Nos. 44-48, unified by small gardens and a low rubble boundary wall with chamfered ashlar coping. A mix of Georgian features (flat fronts, small-paned sash windows, central six panel doors, rectangular fanlights) and more rural vernacular characteristics (roughcast render, pantiled roofs, sturdy chimneys). The rear farmyard and traditional whitewashed farm buildings have considerable rustic charm.
