Description
Shown on Ordnance Survey second edition. One of a number of large houses. Rose Villa had a substantial garden, laid out with a gravel path to the perimeter. Occupied by Miss M Harvey in 1889. Occupied by a curator in 1939. Demolished by 1970s. Site now occupied by Scottish Life House.
