Description
Shown on Ordnance Survey second edition. Two adjoining large houses, Carlton Villa West and East. Surrounding villas were demolished by the 1970s but Cartlon Villas East still survives as part of Jesmond Quaker Meeting House. The Friends moved to Jesmond in 1961 when their meeting house on Pilgrim Street was demolished to make way for Swan House roundabout.
