Description
Shown on Ordnance Survey second edition. Newcastle Breweries House. In 1892 the Royal Oak had a spacious bar and two small sitting rooms on the ground floor and a billiard room, club room and small sitting room on the first floor. Had entrances on Scotswood Road, Ivy Street and Oak Street. Closed 1963.
