Shown on Ordnance Survey second edition. Leased by W B Reid in 1888 and bought by the company in 1895 for £7100. It was described as containing on the ground floor 'a most commodious and well arranged bar, with bottle and jug department from Alexander St, commercial room and snug'. On the first floor was a club room, sitting room and five dwelling rooms with a two-stalled stable at the rear. Closed in 1931.
