Shown on Ordnance Survey third edition of 1919. Built around 1910. Three developers were involved in building Burt and Beverley Terrace. Throckley Co-operative Society built 20 of the houses. Red brick with ashlar stone dressings with decorative detail around the rear windows. Bay window at ground floor. No original windows or doors survive. Some roof lights have been added to the rear. Some roofs have been replaced. Original chimney stacks. Some houses have been painted. Most of the gardens are paved over. Some houses have been converted into flats.

The terrace is uniform except for a large gabled white porch. No. 3 shows a scar where the original lower storey window has been replaced by a smaller one.

Shown on Ordnance Survey third edition of 1919. Built by Newburn Urban Council to replace Old Row (HER 11560). Construction began in 1911 and residents moved in by 1913. The terrace was not finished until 1920. Two rows of red brick terraced houses facing inwards over a central pathway with yards to the rear. Painted wooden porches with sloping roofs. Outhouses in the rear yards. Medium sized garden plots at the front. Boundary treatments are mixed but red brick walls are most common. Stone ashlar window dressings. Most windows are uPVC. Some rooflights have been added. To the rear of the south terrace is a brick wall creating the boundary with The Paddock. A strip of original brick paving lines the rear yards. To the rear of the north terrace is a back lane separating the yards from Whitehall Road (HER 12869).
