An extensive system of WW2 aircraft obstructions seen on air photographs. Over 150 sections have been recorded. They include a variety of forms - a long continuous bank flanked by a ditch, a ditch flanked by small mounds, a ditch flanked by two parallel banks. The obstructions have been ploughed level or have been built over.

An extensive system of Second World War aircraft obstructions seen on air photographs and located during a geophysical survey by ASUD in 2011. Over 150 sections have been recorded. They include a variety of forms - a long continuous bank flanked by a ditch, a ditch flanked by small mounds, a ditch flanked by two parallel banks. The obstructions have been ploughed level or have been built over. No trace of the aircraft obstruction was found at Lukes Lane during an archaeological evaluation in 2013 by ARS.

At least two lines of trenches were seen, lying at right angles. One line of castellated appearance ran for 230m east-west. The other of chevron appearance ran north-east to south-west for just over 100.

A Second World War bomb crater seen on vertical photographs from 1941. The crater can be seen on a series of photographs soon after impact. It has been grassed over and is now visible as a slight cropmark. The bomb was presumably aimed at the Man Haven radar station (HER 11723).
